Subject	can BOVs accect a boost controller? And if so, how?

Message	I am having trouble tuning my BC, and one of the things Greddy suggested to me was to tighten my tension springs on my BOVs. I have Apexis, and they are already at about 2mm above the set nut. Does this sound like logical or wise advise ?
